| How long until you guys ship my product? |
We ship most products out within 48 hours during business days. Holidays and weekends may delay this process. If there is a back order on a product, then we will notify you. |
| Where is my tracking number? |
Since a lot of products are shipped directly from the manufacturer's, sometimes tracking is not available right away. We send orders in every night, and they ship the next day. Sometimes we do not get tracking numbers until AFTER a product is delivered. We are working with some of these manufacturers to make a more streamlined process.
Some manufacturers dont even get tracking - They get delivery confirmations. |
| I ordered a product XX days ago, where is it? |
We understand that you want your product as soon as possible, and we do our best to get stuff out right away. We generally ask that you give your order 10 business days to arrive for US orders. International orders can take as long as 5 weeks. Customs and security can sometimes hold up deliveries. Please plan accordingly when ordering, as there is nothing we can do in order to speed up this process. |
| Will you sponsor me, or my team? |
RockBandParts.com has closed sponsorship requests. We are not looking to sponsor any teams or individuals at this time. We will notify everyone via youtube when/if we re-open applications. |
| My product broke, what should I do? |
You can simply contact us with any of the ways above. Please send an email with the first and last name on the order so we can look it up. Our contact email for warranty purposes is warranty@rockbandparts.com |
| I bought multiple items, but I only got one item delivered today. |
Please be advised that when buying multiple items at one time doesn't always mean they will come together. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. For Example: The ION + Upgrade kit is shipped in 2 different boxes. Both of these boxes come from different places. Sometimes you will see one box earlier than the other. It really depends on how close you live from where it is shipped. |

RockBandParts.com is all about helping others. We do a LOT of charities - Most of which are not even advertised to the public. If you have a LEGITIMATE charity, then please email us with the address above. Most of the time, there is usually something that we can offer. |
